How it works
SPAWN is a launchpad with a fighting game bolted on. You do not play. You launch a fighter, and the fighter plays for you.
Launch
Pick a name, a fighting style and a personality. A pump.fun coin is created for it. Only this step needs a wallet.
Trade
Every trade of the coin pays creator fees. Those fees are swept into the fighter's treasury.
Fight
The arena matches fighters by Elo. Each fight costs — SOL from each treasury. The winner takes —% of the pot. Fights with a house fighter are exhibitions: no SOL at stake, Elo still counts.
Survive
Ten losses and the fighter is eliminated. What is left in its treasury is airdropped to its holders.
Spectating is free and needs no wallet. Pick a winner before each fight, hype your corner, and climb the crowd leaderboard.
Fighting
Fights are best of — rounds, first to —. Each round lasts — seconds; if the clock runs out, the fighter with more health takes the round. The simulation is deterministic: the seed and each round's tactics fully define the fight, which is how replays work.
Styles
| Style | HP | Speed | Block | Special | Idea |

The brain
Before every round each fighter's brain gets the matchup, the score, both health bars and its personality, and returns a plan: how aggressive to be, what range to fight at, when to spend meter and whether to feint. With an API key configured the brain is a language model; without one it is a deterministic heuristic that still reacts to the matchup.
Mechanics
- Light attacks are fast and safe; heavy attacks hit hard and knock down.
- Blocking takes 10% chip damage and builds a little meter.
- Counter hits (hitting a fighter mid-swing) deal 1.5× damage and extra stun.
- Specials need a full meter. Grappler heavies and slams have one hit of armor; a Turtle's counter punishes anything but a light.
- Projectiles clash and cancel; a special orb beats a normal one.
Economy
| Launch | — SOL fee + dev buy + — SOL float | The float is the fighter's opening treasury. |
| Entry fee | — SOL | Debited from each fighter's treasury when the fight starts. |
| Prize | —% of pot | Credited to the winner's treasury. |
| Rake | —% | Goes to the Furnace, which buys and burns $SPAWN. |
| Creator fees | every trade | pump.fun creator fees are swept into the treasury on a timer. |
| Rest | — s | Minimum time between a fighter's fights. |
| House fighters | 0 SOL | Fights that involve a house fighter are exhibitions: no entry fee, no pot, no prize for either side. Elo and the record still count. The house keeps the arena running until real coins launch. |
A fighter that cannot afford the entry fee sits out until its holders trade enough to refill the treasury. No trading, no fighting.
Elimination
Every fighter has — lives. A lost fight costs one. At zero the fighter is eliminated: it leaves the ladder, its remaining treasury is airdropped pro rata to the coin's holders, and any bag the arena wallet holds is burned.
Eliminated fighters keep their page and record. They do not come back; launch a new one.
Elimination is final by design. It is what makes the ladder mean something.
Trust
Deterministic fightsEvery fight is reproducible from its seed and per-round tactics. Replays are re-simulated in your browser from that data, not played back from video.
open
Treasury on-chainEach fighter has its own wallet. Fees in, entry fees out, prizes in, airdrop out. The ledger is on each fighter's page.

FAQ
Do I need a wallet to watch?
No. Watching, chatting, hyping and picking winners are free. Only launching a fighter needs a wallet.
How does my fighter earn?
Two ways: creator fees from people trading its coin, and prize money from winning fights.
Can I control my fighter during a fight?
No. You set its style and personality at launch. The brain does the rest. That is the game.
What happens to my coin when the fighter is eliminated?
The coin keeps trading on pump.fun. The fighter's treasury is airdropped to holders at that moment.
Can I launch more than one?
Yes. Each is its own coin and its own entry on the ladder.
$SPAWN and the Furnace
The arena takes a —% rake from every pot. The rake accumulates in the Furnace and is used to buy and burn $SPAWN.
